I have 15+ years experience growing fast-paced organisations across operational, strategic & commercial roles. I have scaled a mission-driven startup to £100m (successful exit) and added 5x (£150m) in deal value to a portfolio of 100+ scaleups expanding into the US market and held executive level roles in UK, US, Japan and New Zealand - so I know what works and what doesn’t when it comes to growing businesses.

I have also been a diplomat so I’m used to juggling everything from investors to crises to leaders of some of the powerful organisations in the world. It also means navigating government, regulations and public-speaking doesn't deter me, and I keep a tight ship.
