Karin Mueller, founder & CEO

Karin has 25 years of professional experience , including a 16 year international career in a top 10 FTSE company, specialising in corporate communications, reputation management, and sustainability.
She has worked across many different industries, including consultancy, tech, financial services / banking, law firms, retail, the automotive sector, the entertainment industry, and the charity sector.

Karin has a great passion for exploring and understanding life from different perspectives. She has travelled to all seven continents, worked across many different cultures and lived in Germany, the UK and the US. She is infinitely curious about people, their views, their backgrounds and their ambitions, what drives and constrains them.

Her expertise comes from her professional and personal experience paired with extensive training, and a style that emphasises approachability, personal integrity, and a good dose of pragmatism.

Karin was born and raised in Germany. She holds a master’s degree in business from Göttingen University.

She is also a lecturer for management and leadership at the European College of Business and Management, a fellow and former board member of the Institute for Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability, a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts Manufactures and Commerce, and a Chief UK alumni.

Asks and Offers

Asks: I'm always grateful for sounding bords. More specifically I will be looking for participants in a survey around the concept of Clarity & Decency in leadership. Also, I'm of course always interested in hearing from / about organisations that might be interested in our leadership development services. But no specific needs or asks at the moment.

Offers: Always happy to mentor/ coach and help someone think something through or offer my perspective - in confidence of course.. Also I'm a big believer in networking, so will happily make connections where I can.
